Description

Wind down into your weekend with a slower paced yoga and meditation class.
Using the power of gravity and supportive props, yin yoga opens up the body through postures held for between 1 and 5 minutes.
Focusing on the sensations in your body created by the postures, yin yoga gently encourages you towards a more meditative state of mind.
In this class Emmalene will guide you through a carefully crafted sequence of postures, movements and meditation techniques informed by Indian Yoga and Chinese Taoist traditions to help you rest, relax and unwind ready for the weekend.
Suitable for all levels, no yoga experience required.
