Strong vinyasa based yoga for experienced yogis. Music is usually played in this class and follows a theme each week. Sometimes the class is an ashtanga fusion which is sequenced around the ashtanga primary and intermediate series.

Technique based Hatha Yoga class for all levels. With a different focus each week this class looks at alignment, strength, stability, breathing and often incorporates meditation practices. We often use props in this class.
