Description
A typical class will begin with a gentle warm-up to wake-up and mobilise the body, before moving through some sun salutations and a selection of standing, sitting, lying and inverted asanas (poses) and finishing with relaxation. Combining 'slow' yoga with flowing sequences, somatic movement and longer-held poses, full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.
This class is for all levels of yoga experience including confident beginners.
