Bring along at least 2 pillows (or bolsters if you have them), plus a couple of blankets and anything else to make yourself warm and comfortable, and settle in for an evening of self-care, rest and relaxation (complete with fairy lights and candles!), to set you up for an amazing night's sleep!
These 'slow' yoga classes will start with a gentle warm-up through the whole body, before moving onto standing, sitting and lying yoga poses, finishing with relaxation. It includes somatic movement, gentle flowing sequences and longer-held poses.
This class will give you the tools to develop a yoga practice in a supportive and welcoming environment. It is ideal for those who have never done yoga before, but is also perfect for if you are coming back to yoga after a break, or if you are recovering from an injury.
