A 90-minute session, beginning with a time for settling, before we practise some gentle Qigong movement, followed by a healing Gong Bath. Qigong involves gentle movement and breathwork and optimizes the energy of the body, mind and spirit to bring a deep sense of wellbeing to the physical, mental and emotional body. So, an evening of collecting back our energy and relaxation!

The gong bath will last about 30 minutes. There will then be a period of silence for your body to integrate and absorb the vibrations, before we finish with a short closing meditation.

Contraindications for receiving a Gong Immersion:
Epilepsy
Pregnancy
Severe mental health issues
Children under 14
Anyone fitted with a pacemaker
Severe tinnitus
Not recommended for anyone taking recreational drugs - atleast 24-72 hours without taking before attending gong healing.
