Deep Rest & Gentle Release: Restorative Yin Yoga
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and restorative Yin Yoga practice. Held in a very peaceful, warming, and relaxing space, this class is an invitation to completely let go and nourish your body and mind.

What to Expect:
Long Holds: We will move slowly and settle into just a handful of floor-based postures, holding each one passively for several minutes. This gentle, sustained pressure targets the deeper connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints) to promote profound release and mobility.

Maximum Comfort: You will be provided with an abundance of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps) to support your body fully in every pose, ensuring maximum comfort and allowing your muscles to soften and surrender.

Mindfulness: The long holds create space for mindful presence, encouraging you to observe sensations, breath, and thoughts without judgment, cultivating stillness and inner peace.

This practice is ideal for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and restoring energy. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply rested.
