A gently paced class is geared to help you gain strength, grow confidence, feel more flexible and increase your balance. Expect feel both energised and at ease in your mind and your body.
A great class suitable for those who have had some previous yoga experience and are familiar with basic yoga postures, or for those yogis who simply prefer a gentler class.
