This gently paced class is geared to help you gain strength, grow confidence, feel more flexible and increase your balance, whilst practicing in a relaxed and friendly group setting. The course will build week by week, introducing you to the fundamental postures of yoga. At the end of the 6 weeks you will have the experience and knowledge to attend a general level yoga class.
