Gentle ONLINE YOGA to relax and soften ♡

The Unwind Sessions is a gentle online yoga class designed to help you slow down, soften, and release the day.

Held on Wednesday evenings, this 60-minute session offers a calm, supportive space to move gently, breathe deeply, and settle your nervous system - all from the comfort of your own home. Expect slow, accessible movement, simple flowing sequences, and plenty of time to relax and rest.

This class is ideal if you’re feeling tired, tense, overwhelmed, or simply craving a softer midweek pause. There’s no pressure to perform, no complicated poses, and absolutely no need to be “good at yoga”. You’re welcome to move at your own pace - or rest whenever you need.

Blankets, cushions, and jammies are very welcome.

Offered as a small-group, The Unwind Sessions is about creating a cosy, connected experience where you can truly switch off, unwind, and feel gently supported.
