Sundays will give you a peek into the variety of instructors and classes that we offer at the studio. Each week we will offer different classes to encourage you to try something new. Enjoy!

This class is part of the Cleansing Weekend Theme yet OPEN FOR ALL yogis (you do NOT need to be part of the 3 Day Juice Detox to participate in class)

Evalena is a health promoter and qualified Natural Juice Therapist that will offer powerful and balanced vegetable and fruit juices to alleviate your digestive system, giving it rest to catch up and flush out and simultaneously boost your immune system with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and enzymes. We will add some healthy fats in the form of avocado to the juices to keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer.
Alex, Tin and Therese will guide your body to move and release. We will have a weekend of reset and refocus. Warm welcomes!


SCHEDULE
We will slowly begin our Juice cleansing on Friday afternoon (after work) with information and a relaxing yoga practice. Continue over the weekend with three juices per day and support of our yoga instructors to move, bend and twist our bodies to release and relax. By doing this together in a small group we support each other if/when it feels tough.
