Created by Shiva Rea, Prana Flow Yoga is an energetic flowing yoga. The aim is a direct experience of prana, or life-energy. This type of yoga uses traditional and modern approaches drawn from Krishnamacharya, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics, and from Shiva's own experience.
