Flexibility and the spine, a wonderful and powerful Kundalini set with focus to strengthen the spine and keep it more flexibel. It contains 18 asanas with not so much rest in between so it can feel as a nice and healthy "saturday morning workout". Keep in mind to respect your body and always do what you can do and in your own pace.
The power of Kundalini yoga is generated from the simultaneous use the breath, movement, rhythm, posture, mantras, attention and bhandas to activate and integrate the various part of our being. It derives from the Sanskrit word kundal, which translates to “coiled energy.” The idea is that we all have energy gathered at the base of our spine and, through the practice of Kundalini, we bring that energy up our spine through the seven chakras, and out the crown of our head.
