Inviting you to An Extended morning session exploring the
State of "I do not know" and the Middle Path in a Zen Practice.
This session will consist of a brief Dharma talk to begin the session and
Personal Experimentation to gain insight into the practice of meditation.
And the manner in which our framing of our practice affects its outcome.
We will flow through a Vinyasa session and finish the session
In a brief Group Sited meditation. We suspect you will have a fresh insight into your practice after this session.



About Shay:

African roots, raised In Argentina and Uruguay,
And arriving to Stockholm in 2012 From home in Venice California,
Shay currently lives and teaches in Stockholm Sweden.
He has been in his practice for over 20 years. With teachers and
influences Ranging From Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Bhakti Yoga
And teachers across studios in the USA and Los Angeles.
Shay's practice and style of teaching is rooted and has evolved
from a prolonged residency at Green Gulch Zen Center - a Suzuki Roshi,
Soto based Zen Monastery in the San Francisco Bay Area and
his experience as a mountain guide in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range in California. Sharing these influences he teaches weekly active Vinyasa and meditation session at numerous studios in Sweden and abroad.

All of Shay's sessions weave in active movement and conversation
You should expect a little sweat and a little brain massage as mind and body are not separate. Sessions usually begin with a brief "Bridge/ Seed of Dharma" and move to dynamic movement.
