This yoga class is very soft with flowing physical exercises and positions that target specific gland areas - the adrenal glands, ovaries and thyroid -with Kundalini yoga as a basis.
One of the biggest causes of hormonal imbalance is stress. This yoga session is very calming and reduces stress. The workout is adapted to give the greatest possible effect on the hormonal system.
The breathing exercises we use are simple and deeply balancing. The breathing is most important to reduce stress and to normalize a stressed and incorrect breathing.
We open up to energy and flow in the body and devote less time to muscle training.
