An open-level Vinyasa Flow class where you'll be invited to flow through creative sequences, synchronising movement and breath. Listen to your body, take rest when needed and challenge yourself if you're up for it!

About the teachers: Lisa Andersson Rhodiner & Nazareno Grisolia are experienced yoga teachers, retreat facilitators, and the co-founders of Inspiro Yoga. Teaching together since 2013, they’ve led nearly 100 international retreats, 20+ teacher trainings.
