Description

My classes are gentle, calm, and inviting – an opportunity to rest in the breath and the present moment, to land in the body, and to let your energy be replenished from within. The classes vary between classical yinyoga and soft flowing yinyoga.

In yinyoga, the muscles are allowed to fully relax. We stay in each position for a longer time, letting time soften and the fascia – the body’s connective tissue – open and become more supple. The movements are simple, close to the ground, and focus especially on areas such as the hips, lower back, and shoulders – places where both body and emotions often hold tension. What matters is not how the pose looks, but how it feels, right where you are in this moment.

Yinyoga is a quiet and accepting practice that suits everyone, regardless of experience. Through a mindful and sensitive approach, you are given the chance to meet yourself exactly as you are – without demands, performance, or pressure.

Yinyoga is a still counterbalance to the pace of everyday life – a space for recovery, presence, and self-love. A moment of simplicity and stillness that reminds us of the importance of balance between stillness and activity, softness and strength – between yin and yang.

Minimum of 4 people for the class to take place
