Description

An Advent treatment for yourself.
As the days grow darker and the year gently comes to a close, we are invited to pause — to turn inward, to rest, and to reconnect. The class offer a soft and nurturing space during Advent.

My classes are gentle, calm, and inviting – an opportunity to rest in the breath and the present moment, to land in the body, and to let your energy be replenished from within. The sessions vary between classical Yinyoga and soft, flowing Yinyoga.

In Yinyoga, the muscles are allowed to fully relax. We stay in each position for a longer time, allowing time itself to soften the body and the fascia – the connective tissue – to open and become more supple. The movements are simple, close to the ground, and focus especially on the hips, lower back, and shoulders – places where body and emotions often hold tension. What matters is not how the pose looks, but how it feels, right here and now.

Yinyoga is a quiet and accepting practice that welcomes everyone, regardless of experience. Through a mindful and sensitive approach, you are given the chance to meet yourself exactly as you are – without demands, performance, or pressure.

During Advent, this practice becomes a gentle reminder of light within darkness, stillness within movement – a moment to nourish both body and soul before the rush of the holidays.

Minimum of 4 participants for the class to take place.

Warm welcome, Tin
