Description
This is a 75-minute vinyasa practice devoted to the heart... not just the physical heart space, but the emotional, energetic, and human one too. We’ll move through a fluid, breath-led flow designed to open the chest and shoulders, build gentle strength, and create space where things might feel tight, guarded, or heavy.
The pacing will be slow and intentional, with time to feel into the postures and our bodies. Expect creative transitions, moments of stillness, and cues that invite you to listen inward rather than push. This class is about tending... showing up with care, curiosity, and compassion for whatever you’re carrying.
