Friday Flow & Unwind
We begin with a gentle yang practice to awaken the body and build warmth through breath-led movement. Expect a soft flow that strengthens, mobilises and releases the tension of the week.
As the class unfolds, the pace gradually slows. We transition into yin postures, holding shapes for longer to invite deeper release in the connective tissues and create space both in the body and the mind.
The practice finishes in stillness, leaving you grounded, open and ready to ease into the weekend.
