We begin with a dynamic, breath-led yang flow to build heat, strength and energy — you might even break a light sweat. A chance to move, work the body and fully arrive.

From there, we gradually transition into longer, deeper yin holds where we soften, release and land.

A class that balances effort and ease, movement and stillness — leaving you both energised and deeply relaxed.
