Satyananda Yoga

These yoga practices and group of asanas is concerned specifically with loosening up the joints of the body, anti-rheumatism, arthritis,
high-blood pressure or other ailments. It also focuses on the mind and gently bringing awareness to the breath inducing peace, balance and one-pointedness.

We will finish this class with a short Pranic Meditation

We hold up tension inside our body which travels to the mind and creates doubts and unrest.
This guided meditation with complete awareness on breathing and rotation of consciousness with visualization (psyche) helps to
release the stiffness with use of prana as a channel.
