Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practice with focus on being here and now.
In everyday life our focus is often brought to action and achievements and we rarely have time to lean back and just be without purpose and self judgment.
This meditative practice can help you to relax deeply and to become more aware of your inner silence.
In Yin yoga class postures are held for 1 -7 minutes. Muscles are relaxed and moderate stress is applied to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia and ligaments which leads to increased circulation in the joints and improves flexibility.
