Hatha yoga class is all about the balance - between effort and relaxation, stillness and movement, strenght and felxibility.
You can be a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. With a beginners mind and awareness even the simple practice can become advanced. We practice a set of asanas (postures) that can suit everybody but can be taken to a different level when you are ready (alternatives are given during the class).
Meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and realxation are always the part of the class.
