Välkommen till en Vinyasa flow-klass där vi varvar lugna och lite mer krävande sekvenser. Alla kan vara med, var och en efter sin förmåga.
Cissie was one of the first yoga instructors in Mölle and has been teaching her beloved morning classes at Solviken for many years. So excited to have her visit our shala. Don't miss out.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES AT THE SHALA
We remain open although in smaller scale until further notice.
In times of Covid-19 and other seasonal flu please observe the following guidelines when you come to practice at the shala:
– If possible shower before you come to practice
– Wash your hands before and after class. Use hand sanitizer
– Bring YOUR OWN yoga mat, avoid using the the studio mats
– Bring a sweat towel
– Take your mat home and clean it AND wipe it after every practice
– Wash your practice clothes and mat towel after each practice
– Stay at home if you’re feeling sick (you should never practice with fever or sore throat anyway)
– Avoid using props or blankets at the shala
– Be ok with not receiving any physical adjustments
We ask you all to kindly cooperate so that we don’t have to close or risk spreading any virus.
