Sculpt your best form and be strong to the core! This Pilates workout will improve your posture and make you stronger. Using no other equipment than the mat and our own body weight we will tone and strengthen the whole body while working up a sweat with a hit of cardio that will invigorate you. Suitable to all levels.
About Karolin: Karolin is a STOTT Pilates instructor and Personal trainer at Stockholm Pilates Center. Karolin is a lawyer who fell in love with the unique Pilates technique and ultimately decided to change careers. She is passionate about helping her clients to achieve a stronger and more tension free body by means of Pilates.
