Ingela sätter i denna klass samman två yogaformer, Mediyoga och Yoga Nidra vilka tillsammans ger en djupgående återhämtning. Yogapasset är långsamt och avstressande med fokus på medveten närvaro, yogisk andning, meditativ vila och att komma i kontakt med kroppen.

MediYoga består av inkännande rörelser, ofta sittandes på mjukt underlag, gärna med stöd av bolster eller kuddar. Yogiska andningstekniker ingår i Mediyoga där det långa djupa andetaget löper som en röd tråd genom hela passet. Yoga Nidra kan beskrivas som en form av meditation, där kroppen vilar samtidigt som sinnet till viss del fortfarande är vaket. Yoga Nidra utförs liggandes på rygg. När man ligger ner kan det vara lättare att slappna av och komma in i ett "yoga Nidra-tillstånd", där man upplever ett medvetandetillstånd mellan vakenhet och sömn.

Vinyasa Foundations: Dynamisk yogaklass med ett något långsammare tempo där du får tid att fördjupa dig i positionerna och förstå grunderna. Stärkande, stretchande och avslappnande klass där vi utforskar andetaget och att finna balans både på och utanför yogamattan. Klassen passar alla nivåer och anpassas för individuella behov.

Prana Vinyasa Flow is based on soft movements and finding your flow in both breathing and movements. A Prana Vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic type of yoga where different postures (asanas) are linked together in a flexible way. The movements are synchronized with the breath to create presence and deepen your awareness.

It is a fun, strengthening and varied way to practice yoga where music is a big part. You are guided through the session and do yoga according to your conditions.

Prana Vinyasa Flow is a form of yoga developed by the American yogini Shiva Rea and originates from the teachings of Krishnamacharya, bhakti, ayurveda, somatics and yoga teacher Shiva Rea's own experiences.

Tin's classes are soft and calm with a focus on grounding the body and landing in the breath to open up and replenish energy.

Yinyoga
In yinyoga, you let your muscles relax completely. You stay in each position for several minutes and at the same time practice conscious presence. When you do, the fascia, the connective tissue, will soften. When stiff, it prevents you from moving.

Each position is held for a 3-5 minutes, which gives us time to calm the mind as well. In yinyoga we want to access the body's fascia, connective tissue, instead of the muscles. This is achieved by not going so deep in the stretch and instead holding the position for a long time. Great focus is on the area around the hips and lowerback. These are especially rich in connective tissue and, according to yoga philosophy, store a lot of physical as well as emotional tension. The important thing is not how the position looks but how it feels.

Yinyoga is suitable for anyone who wants to stretch, relax and train focus and presence. It´s a very calm form of yoga. Everyone is welcome, you do not need any previous knowledge.

This Ashtanga-inspired class combines the traditional structure of Ashtanga with added variations to suit all levels. We’ll move through a dynamic sequence of postures, focusing on breath, strength, and alignment. With a steady pace and mindful transitions, this class offers the intensity and discipline of Ashtanga while allowing space for personal modifications. Whether you're new to Ashtanga or deepening your practice, this class will build heat, stamina, and inner focus.
