ITCHING TO BRING BALANCE BACK AFTER THE HOLIDAYS?
Join me Sonya Harnett for a wonderful morning of energising and soothing Hatha yoga as we aim to bring some balance in the body after the festive season!
This is a two-hour cleanse workshop, not just in body but also in mind and heart. We will build a little fire in our belly through some nourish gentle and yoga flowing movement that help to clear any buildup that may be blocking a clear flow of energy. Excellent to help our immunity during the Winter months. We will also explore some breathwork techniques (also known as Pranayama) to enable toxins to move while directing energy up and out. This will bring balance while tuning into the subtle energy body to cleanse the energetic chambers of our bodies commonly known as the Chakras.
Practice will first be active to purify and release, then evolve a more restorative practice to include gentle somatic based movement to release muscle tension throughout the body!
For the second part of our morning, we will hold a space to allow us together to set clear intentions of our wonderful year of 2022 ahead.
We will include a beautiful ritual of asking ourselves some sacred questions and sowing our seeds of intentions for the life that you truly deserve! A short Meditation is also central to this process!
The morning will close with a deeply nourishing guided relaxation. So we leave our time together still "holding" that space and clarity.
Suitable for everyone although not suitable during pregnancy.

WHAT YOU NEED!
A yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
A blanket, cushion or pillow and anything else for your extra comfort.
A journal and pen.
A candle or tea light.
Drinks or snacks if needed!
Fully charged device!
Most importantly, an open heart!
