Yoga practice is a fabulous journey for the mind and the body.

This class combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote mental and physical well-being.

You can expect great yoga practice accompanied by music and movement of your body. If you are new to Yoga, we highly recommend starting with this class, as our teacher Aleks combines different styles of yoga during these sessions: Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin, and Somatics. You will learn a lot about physical alignment and, at the same time, experience how Yoga can help you in everyday life.
