Diane has been practicing yoga for more than 20 year and teaching for 8. Her classes are a fusion of hatha, vinyasa and yin in a calming and supporting environment. Diane is known for her welcoming smile, attention to detail and making her classes accessible to beginners.
Description
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga that focuses on stretching and holding poses for longer periods of time. Targeting the body's deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than muscles.
Yin yoga can help with flexibility, range of motion, circulation, and emotional balance. It can also help reduce symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances
This type of class is designed to energize the body, relax the mind, and prepare participants for the day ahead!
