A 30 minute mini session. Giving you tools to realign your posture with strength and stability so that you can unlock your natural state for deeper relaxation. Expect a mix of practices, some yoga and non-yoga, as well as breathwork and tension release, all focused on mind body connection and deep body-work. Each class will be different to help give your more tools to take home and help you relax.
