This is a rare opportunity to practice your asana in a very different way. It's vaguely HIIT (high intensity interval training), but playful not painful.
This session is pure bodywork. But we start with an empowering moment to connection with our intentionality around our bodywork. An opportunity to curate your physical, to give you the foundations of health, a powerful heart and big lungs with a strong body to enjoy. The process of shedding the yesterdays through sweat and the sweet heat of physical transformation.
There will be asana reps, mindful reps, isometric holds, strength work, and bodywork. But also you'll be guided through Tibetan breathwork and Wim Hoff Method, as a means of saturating your body with oxygen, giving you an extra 25-30% on your rep range. This is for real.
The music will be loud. The energy high.
There will be Savasana at the end. No chai though because you have to hurry home and get protein in fast.
Come with an open mind, a little bit scared is fine.
