OK and this Saturday_

Come with us, it's Solstice and it's International Yoga Day and so... Matti from Community Yoga Project invited us to Victoria Park for a collab. We will be doing a smooth flow session together with symbolic yoga, to meet the zenith with 27 sun salutations to represent the 27 stones remaining at Stonehenge_

And then we will dissolve into deep stretch yin based practice with musical gifts from Astrazione Andrea on hardpan, and there amazing Kadialy Kouyate on Kora.

And because it's a "community yoga" project... after the session we will rest in the shade at the cafe and connect with other like minds = talk about far out things and maybe get a little playful in the summer sun...
