Join us for an evening of deep stretch and relaxation through the practice of Yin Yoga, the long held, often restorative postures that give us a chance to deeply let go of tensions so often habitually held.

During the session you will be guided though your body, using proprioceptive cues and to relax the mind Rakesh will accompany the postures with soothing crystal bowls.

Bring warm comfy clothes and feel free to bring chai tea into the session with you.
