This is a 1-1 Reiki offering for any members of the club who would like to last back and receive for an hour.

Laura is a Reiki 2 practitioner who is passionate about all avenues to connect with health, well being and empowerment, whether through direct physical fitness, mindful connection or embracing the unseen mysteries.

This offering is completely free for members, or a members guest or loved one. Please be conscientious of how many sessions you book, feel free to take but also leave a session for others so please don't block book many weeks in a row!
