This is a session set in darkness. At first Darkness might feel alien to move in.
The Darkness is a natural part of nature - we all know this of course, but also there is often a fear, or discomfort.
Let it attune your senses, as your ocular powers give way to other senses, and your awareness expands to fill the void.
Meet the darkness with the warmth of its natural embrace. After all, darkness holds our most intimate moments, our deep introspection, privacy and even holds our dreams.
We go with open hearts into the darkness and in that place of heightened awareness to move.

If you are coming then the contract is stay in darkness until the end of the session so as not to disturb others. Go with the ride.

This session is free, or pay as you wish, or you can go for non-monetary exchange and bring a smile or a candle.
This session is an open invitation to come and enjoy a yoga reset! Yoga is for everyone and this is an open session for all levels. There will be time after the session for chai and chats and space to explore any aspects of your practice that you wish!...

In 2023 £9,943 was been donated to Yoga in the Stars by The National Lottery Community Fund for a special new project The Yoga-Social! Set out to help create community without financial barriers to access.
