Play-full yoga practice blends Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga and Yin, intuitively adjusted to the energy and needs of the room. We listen to the body rather than forcing it into prescribed shapes, noticing sensations and questioning the mind’s labels of good, bad, stiff, strong, right or wrong.

It’s an invitation to find bliss among “the blisters” and explore spontaneous shapes inspired by what the body is asking for in the moment.
