Join us for your Sunday practice with Tarin and Lucy!

Tarin will warm you up with a long, slow build-up, seeking playful ways to bring confidence into your movement and mindset. This will prepare you for the guided part of the practice led by Lucy, where you can expect longer holding of the postures to strengthen the body and emphasising the body and breath connection. This will help you find a relationship with your mind and recognise your own reactions to discomfort, allowing you to reflect on your practice later off the mat.

Members and their guests can join for free, while non-members pay £13.

ArtWorks East Gallery is located in the heart of Leyton, next door to Oliver Road Allotments.
