Saturday Morning Creative Vinyasa_
Expect movements that feel like landing on water, or the glide of a gulls wings on the wind. The fire is already in your veins, the vinyasa may breathe a little more upon your fire.
The postures are your friend that helps you by telling the truth. This session is just for fun and doesn't mean anything at all.
