An open day for anyone interested in 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with us.

The entire training is held by Andrea, Nature's Rhythm with over 25 years as a yoga teacher, Andrea created Nature's Rhythm as an approach to her own practice, supported by elemental and cyclical awareness.

Students will undergo a 7 month immersion to complete the full 200 hours required to certify as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, to deepen their own practice and be able to to confidently share their practice with others.

The 7 month course is also enriched by teachers from the wider collective at Yoga in the Stars, with extra modules on sound, trauma informed space holding, and developing a creatively rich dialogue.

Participants are also supported at the end of the course, through a module on how to grow community around what you do, which is delivered by Matti of Community Yoga Project (founder of London's biggest yoga community) and Tarin (cofounder of London's weirdest yoga community).
