Description

200-Hour Teacher Training Open Day

Curious about becoming a yoga teacher?
Or simply feeling called to deepen your practice?

Come and spend an afternoon with us.

The Nature’s Rhythm Yoga Open Day is an opportunity to experience the practice, meet some of the teachers, share conversation over tea and get a real sense of the seven-month immersion beginning in April 2027.

We’ll talk about what it means to teach yoga from a place of embodied awareness, authenticity and presence.

There will be space to ask questions, explore the philosophy behind Nature’s Rhythm and hear about the journey from those already walking it.

During the afternoon, we’ll share:

• A guided Nature’s Rhythm Yoga practice

• An exploration of the natural cycles and the intelligence of the body

• Conversation around yoga, teaching and embodied awareness

• An introduction to the 200-hour Teacher Training

• Time to meet teachers and fellow practitioners

• Tea, conversation and space to ask whatever you’d like to know

This isn’t a presentation about becoming a yoga teacher. It’s an invitation to experience the practice for yourself.
To slow down. To listen.
To share some time together.
And to discover whether this is the next part of your journey.

There’s a quiet intelligence within the body, a rhythm beneath the noise of everyday life.
Come and explore it with us.
