Join for a relaxing workshop on how we make our scented resins at Yoga in the Stars, using traditional methods of monks and nuns.

We use traditional methods of making our own resigns at Yoga in the Stars, similar to the methods used by monks and nuns for centuries when making cathedral resigns.

And we have just run out, so we thought it would be nice to invite the community to create the resins together, infusing good intentions and good thoughts into the air we breathe at the club.

The workshop will be an experiential co-creation, offering space to explore what good intentions you may choose to imprint into the resins that are then used at the club.

We will bring in some storytelling, myth, and music to encourage good thoughts to inhabit the body during the process. And there will be pranayama, and movement to loosen up so that we can be clear of interference from the day.

We will then select oils and other resins and attach meaning as we rub them in to the mix using the heat of our hands to infuse the oils into the resin.

You are welcome to bring your own herbs, oils and resins to add or mix, or use the ones here...

And at the end, if you wish to take some home with you, simply bring a small glass jar with a lid.

Other things you may wish to bring:

A candle, to create ambience together.
A record player and some vinyl.
Some tea or something to share with the group.
A friend of two to share the experience with.

The session is FREE. You are helping to make the resins with us for the club.
