About myself
Hi I’m Sonia, I’ve been Teaching yoga since 2017. I like to combine different styles of teaching that I have acquired over the years from Vinyasa flow, yoga Therapy and Gravity yoga, with the intention to bring a sense of oneness and connectedness for the students to experience. I have lived in Ibiza, Spain for the last five years, teaching Vinyasa flow. Now back in London, I’m happy to be able to teach at Yoga in the Stars.
