Gentle yoga is for complete beginners and anyone who appreciates a slow, mindful class. If you feel tired, stiff, or stressed, this is a good place to start. Our goal is to cultivate ease in the body and breath, in order to calm the mind. The class includes:

Breathing Exercises
Beginner Yoga Postures
Joint Mobility Excercises
Deep Relaxation
Seated Meditation
