Our fun and health benefitting 5-week, Health Qigong & Tai Chi Basics Beginners Course. Gentle, relaxed, slow, smooth and consistent like flowing water or floating clouds, Qigong and Tai Chi instill calmness in both body and mind.

Although Tai Chi was initially developed as a martial art, it is more commonly used in the west for its health benefits. It is also often referred to as a form of ‘meditation in motion’ as it promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.

Qigong is a unique exercise for increasing energy levels and improving your health, assisting the development of muscle tone, good posture, and strengthening the immune system.

Integrating numerous physical postures and special breathing techniques, qigong heals the mind and body while preventing many health problems – you don’t need to be in top shape or the best of health to gain its benefits.

Qigong & Tai Chi is suitable for all, any ability and age.
