Our fun and health-benefitting Qigong and Tai Chi Basics classes. These are the perfect exercises for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of healing and health benefits including improved balance, muscle strength, flexibility, endurance and the feeling of wellbeing.

You’ll learn flowing movements with breathing to help promote better posture and reduce stress.

The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, with a focus on gentle movement.
