Our fun and health-benefitting Tai Chi & Qigong classes. These are the perfect exercises for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of healing and health benefits including improved balance, muscle strength, flexibility, endurance and the feeling of wellbeing. You’ll learn flowing movements with breathing to boost your health, help promote better posture and reduce stress.

The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, with a focus on gentle movement.

– Parking can be busy at peak times—so please give yourself time to park.
– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.
