Hatha Yoga For All – Windmill Hill Golf Centre

A blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breathwork to relax the body and de-stress the mind. Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration, with a luxurious rest at the end (called Savasana).
