This practice improves cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and mental focus, suitable for all levels, ages and fitness levels. We break down each movement, with details to understand each movement and its application.

– Parking can be busy at peak times—so please give yourself time to park.
– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.
