Tai Chi 16-Step is a streamlined sequence derived from the traditional Yang family style. It emphasizes flowing movements, gentle weight transitions, and mindful breathing. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, this form promotes relaxation, balance, flexibility, and internal energy cultivation, offering both physical exercise and meditative benefits.

– Parking can be busy at peak times—so please give yourself time to park.
– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.
