Looking for the perfect way to start your Reformer journey? This class is a great introduction!

Reformer Yogalates brings together the best of both worlds—combining the mindfulness, strength, and flexibility of yoga with the core stability and posture-improving techniques of Pilates. This fusion helps build body awareness, stamina, and balance while creating a strong, stable foundation for movement.

Using the Reformer machine, which features a moving platform and supportive resistance, you’ll engage in a mix of conditioning, stretching, and dynamic strengthening exercises. The class is open to all levels, and beginners are always welcome! While some basic familiarity with yoga poses can be helpful, it’s not essential.

If you have any injuries or mobility concerns, please inform your instructor before class so they can provide appropriate guidance.

**Please note:** This class is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, severe injuries, significant physical limitations, or children under 16.
✨
💓 IMPORTANT:
– Please arrive on time, as late entry isn’t permitted for safety. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and get ready. Thanks for understanding—we can’t wait to see you!
– You’ll need **Reformer grip socks** for class. Feel free to bring your own or grab a pair from £5 at the Studio or from our Shop. No socks, no class!

– Parking can be busy at peak times—so please give yourself time to park.
– Parking is Free for 2 hours. If staying longer please input your car registration at the reception screen and it will be free all day.
– Additional Parking can be found across the road outside Marks & Spencer just a short walk away.
